Provita Recovery is an aid to soothe digestive upsets in the first few days of life and at weaning.
Provita Recovery aids in the re-establishment of the intestinal flora after antibiotic therapy.

Presentation and packaging
A stable suspension of lactic acid bacteria (strains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Enterococcus faecium) and Vitamins in a food grade vegetable oil paste. The product is available in 15ml calibrated syringes.
Recommendations for use
Stabilisation of the intestinal flora in case of diarrhoea caused by feed intolerance, a disturbed intestinal flora after antibiotic treatment, stress conditions or change of feed.

Lactic acid bacteria count 1.0 x 109 cfu/ml (minimum)
Vitamin A 250 IU/ml
Vitamin D 50 IU/ml
Vitamin E 2.5 mg/ml
Dosage and Administration
Cats: 1ml per day for 7 days. Place tip of syringe into mouth of animal and dose. Alternatively squirt onto the animal's feed.
Contra-indications:
Chlorotetracycline, Oxytetracycline, Tetracycline, Penicillin, Virginiamycin, Tylosin and Carbadox have been shown to be antagonistic to Lactic Acid Bacteria. These are all antibiotics.
Precautions
Store in a cool place (below 150C).
Protect from light.
Do not freeze.
Do not mix with water.
Pro-biotic's are products containing bacteria which are beneficial to the digestive system. They act by supplying nutrients, help digestion, improve food conversion and lower the pH to make the digestive tract a less favourable environment for harmful bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
